iPod Nano autofill is it possible?

This was a question I asked myself for a while after someone told me they could do it with their iPod Shuffle, so after many attempts at looking through iTunes and trying out different options, I thought maybe it can’t be done, maybe there isn’t a way to auto fill your iPod Nano and train it to to give you a different selection of tracks.

But it seems that there is a way and if you follow these instructions, then it will work, it’s not perfect but it certainly works for me, give it a try.

Dream Lab - Cosmotherapy

Dream Lab - CosmotherapyDream Lab aka Stuart Elliot and Emil Anderberg have come up with one of the most enjoyable chill out albums that I’ve ever heard for years.

From the very start of the Cosmotherpy you are taken away from the world into a relaxed state of mind with subtle drifting keyboards, gentle beats and each track flows wonderfully out of your speakers into you ears unobtrusively.

Even the lyrics on the tracks “I’ll Guide You” and “Silver Skies” are gently and a pleasure to listen to, giving the CD that ‘I want to hear it again’ quality.

Ranging from Psydub to Progressive, featuring the amazing vocal work of Seka and Susi Lavender (Cling), including the remixes of Marco Torrance, Ferdy & Edwin and Easily EmbarrassedDream Lab have surpassed themselves with this release, the whole album just never ceases to amaze and the more your listen the more you hear those sounds that you may not of noticed before.

I can quite honestly say that since I received my copy of the CD it’s not been out of my CD Player or off my iPod, it’s a complete joy to listen to.

You can purchase Cosmotherapy from: CDBaby, iTunes and Cardamar Music.

Tunesquare - Music that is FREE to download but pays the artist

Download my songs at TuneSquare.comNow one thing an artist will tell you is that giving away their music for free is something they are not really keen on doing, but sometimes it’s the best way to promote new albums etc.

But now thanks to those wonderful people at tunesquare that may be coming to a stop!

Wait though, the tracks that artists add to tunesquare are still free for everyone to download, but, the bet thing is the artist still gets paid for those downloads, which is great for fans and even better for the artists hard work put into their latest masterpiece.

The tracks that you can download are DRM free and will work on your iTunes and your iPod or any other music player you may be using, so your not held back with only using one type of program to listen to some truly amazing pieces of music.

This is all done by the website using advertising while you are streaming a piece of music on the website and it is unobtrusive, it’s a simple add that plays on the websites player as part of a small flash screen, so your never taken away from the music.

So how does this work for an artist? Simple really sign up, add your Paypal address, upload your music and your away, each time someone downloads a track you get some cash! 50 percent of the total monthly ad revenues, from both flash and static advertisements on the site, is divided by the total number of downloads all songs receive during the same period.

So we at Atom Sounds Music News highly recommend that artists/bands get on over there and start getting some extra revenue for your hard work ;)
